Risk Assessment
All businesses with 5 or more staff have an obligation to carry out documented risk assessments of all their significant hazards. Ergonomics Assessment

Health and Safety Documentation
Appropriate written Health and Safety documentation is a legal requirement for businesses employing 5 or more staff. This documentation, including Health and Safety Strategy, Policy, Emergency Procedures, Handbook and assessments, need to be made known to all staff and available for inspection by the enforcing authorities. These should be regarded as living documents and reviewed regularly as businesses evolve and new ways of working are adopted.
